Terms of Service

1. The service

ReachKit analyses your website and produces a Discoverability Score and the measured signals behind it, for free. A paid subscription unlocks the full ranked plan of fixes, tracks your standing against competitors you approve, and re-scans weekly so completed fixes are verified against real, measured movement. These Terms govern your use of the website and product at reachkit.app.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use ReachKit. Accounts are created automatically once a subscription payment succeeds — there is no separate sign-up form — and you sign in with a one-time emailed link rather than a password, so keeping access to your email secure is how you keep access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

Use ReachKit for your own website or one you're authorised to work on. Do not:

• Scan domains you have no legitimate connection to in order to harass or harm others.

• Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

• Use the service to generate spam, deceptive, or unlawful content.

• Resell or redistribute the output as an automated bulk service without our written agreement.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Scanning is free. A paid subscription is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout. The list price is €59/month; subscriptions started during the launch promotion are charged €29.50/month — a 50% discount that applies for as long as the subscription remains active, and does not expire or step up. Cancel any time from the billing portal — access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for and is not renewed after that.

Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; a change never applies to a period you've already paid for. If something has gone wrong with a charge, contact support@reachkit.app and we'll look at it.

4a. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

By subscribing you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately — your deep scan runs the moment payment completes — and you acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends. If you withdraw within 14 days before the service has been fully performed, you may owe a proportionate amount for what was already provided, and any refund is reduced accordingly.

Independently of that, your plan is month-to-month: cancel any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the inputs you submit and the reports generated for you — noting that a free scan's result is published in our gallery, as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited licence needed to process those inputs and operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit the domains and information you provide.

6. Disclaimer — guidance, not guarantees

ReachKit's score and fixes are generated from public signals we measure about your website — its HTML, its search rankings, and search demand for your category — using deterministic rules, plus, during onboarding only, a language model that proposes your product category and suggested search terms. None of this is a guarantee of rankings, traffic, downloads, revenue, or any specific outcome, and none of it is legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make and anything you publish. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using ReachKit at any time. To cancel your subscription, use the billing portal — it takes effect at the end of your current period. To close your account entirely, contact support@reachkit.app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and liability limits) continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Contact

For any question about these Terms, contact us at support@reachkit.app.

11. What ReachKit does not do — no auto-send, no auto-publish

ReachKit hands you a plan, not an assistant that acts for you. For fixes to your own site, that plan includes step-by-step instructions and, in some cases, a copy-paste prompt written for a coding assistant to implement the change in your own codebase. For opportunities elsewhere on the web, it hands you the evidence we measured — who ranks, where, for what — and the steps to act on it yourself.

ReachKit never sends an email, publishes content, or contacts a third party on your behalf. Every action you take from your plan is something you do yourself. This is deliberate: you stay in control of, and accountable for, anything that reaches another person or changes your own site.
